As a body-centred and trauma-informed practitioner, I believe that healing must include the entire body and not only the mind. In my approach, your body is viewed as a wise teacher that can help you develop a more trusting, attuned, and compassionate relationship with yourself.
I will help you make sense of and strengthen your understanding of deeply ingrained patterns of emotions, sensations, thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
I will also show you how you can begin to support yourself, regain personal agency, and feel safer in your own skin, especially when you are feeling triggered within a self-compassionate framework.
With time, you will learn how to befriend your body, mind and nervous system and develop the skills of emotion regulation, embodiment and interoceptive awareness through our sessions. These skills will allow you to respond to your life in a different way and feel more assured in taking the necessary risks toward creating a life that you truly value.
