Any form of meditation trains us to become aware of the chain reaction that goes on in our mind and body. When we meditate, we train ourselves to relate to our thoughts, emotions, and sensations with an inner sense of warmth, curiousity and spaciousness.
Meditation is not something that is merely done on a meditation cushion with one's eyes closed. Instead it is a conscious and wholesome moment to moment way of relating to our present moment experience as it is, in all of our aliveness, tenderness and unique expression.
