Through deep listening, reflection and when relevant the cultivation of new skills, therapy can be likened to a journey where the therapist functions as a facilitator of change as he or she contains and allows the wisdom of your immediate experience to unfold as you move towards living a more fulfilling, balanced and nurturing inner and outer life.
