Meditation is one of my greatest joys in life. I believe in the radical power of slowing down, listening in with discernment, and contacting our embodied life with reverence and courage.
I continue to cultivate and sustain a regular embodied meditation practice and study of the dharma and have done so for the last ten years.

I typically recommend 10 weeks of dedicated 1 to 1 mentoring for beginners.
